Crested Butte is prized by skiers and riders for its extreme, powdery terrain, but what about its restaurants? Well, they’re not really “extreme,” but you can catch a good deal and enjoy the summery goodness of Crested Butte Mountain Resort (CBMR) at the same time.
Restaurant Week kicks off on Friday, June 11 and ends June 18. It’s a week to sample the best Crested Butte has to offer in terms of cuisine, or for those of you who don’t speak French, food. Plus, the price is right.
During Crested Butte’s inaugural restaurant week you can stay at the full-service Grand Lodge in Mt. Crested Butte for only $88.85 per night. The Grand Lodge features the onsite Woodstone Grille as well as an indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub.
Participating restaurants will offer multi-course dinners for $88.85 (I sense a pattern) for a party of four, or $22.21 per person.  Multiple courses will be offered on every menu. Restaurants may offer several choices, and some may include wine or other beverages in the fixed price. Restaurants will also have their usual a la carte menus available at regular prices. Those that do not serve dinner will provide multi-course lunch promotions for $8.85.
Plus, you can fly from Denver International Airport into Gunnison/Crested Butte Regional Airport for $88.85 (there’s that number again) one way from June 11-18. This special is available online through United Airlines or by calling Crested Butte Vacations at 800-810-SNOW from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
