Please enjoy these special, late summer paintings by Shaun Horne and Dawn Cohen! Shaun and Dawn were both very busy this summer painting in and around Crested Butte. Summer is a fleeting season here and lasts little more than two months. This year the wildflowers were unprecedented and both artists were able to capture the fast-escaping magic of Crested Butte summer on canvas. The crisp, high altitude light compliments the festive colors around town and the lush, greenery in the high alpine.
