Real Estate Market Update
Real estate sales from January 1, 2013 represent an astounding 58% increase over the same period last year. $126,093,712 worth of single-family homes and condos in the upper valley have sold encompassing 257 transactions. 27 of which were over $1mil including five properties over $2mil. Land sales have increased only 12% (a 7% drop from last month) over the same period last year as the arrival of winter has slowed sales. $12,490,136 comprised of 61 transactions have closed year to date. Another 8 parcels are under contract totaling $1,992,500.
