The Crested Butte real estate market experienced 270 condo and home sales in 2014 valued at $128,835,090. Click here to view sales under $1mil and click here for sales over $1mil. This represents exactly the same amount of sales in 2013 but $1,436,847 less in volume (1%). Reduction off of list price was an average of 8% for the year, a 1% increase over 2013. Total residential sales for 2014 was $148,247,825 verses that of 2013 ($142,747,326) a 4% increase.
Land sales improved dramatically as 65 transactions sold in the upper valley in 2014 for a total of $19,412,735. A 28% increase over 2013.
