KBUT hosted the 7th Annual Zombie Prom at the Talk of The Town on Friday October 27th. Another successful event, we saw the night filled with plenty of frightful characters as they danced the night away. With the weather turning colder, Crested Butte Mountain Resort has turned their attention to snow making in preparation of Opening Day which is November 23rd, Thanksgiving Day. Come a day early on November 22nd for CBMR’s Donation Day, benefiting the Crested Butte Snowsports Foundation.
Though the “off-season” is typically slower, there are still plenty of activities to do around town. The November calendar is full of fun activities such as Pub Crawls, live music and more. If you plan on heading out to do some early season backcountry skiing, be sure to click here for a real time weather report and be prepared before you head out. After a day in the backcountry visit one of Crested Butte’s wonderful restaurants and bars to satisfy your appetite with hearty meal and satisfying beverage.
