Corey Dwan of Benson Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce the recent sale of Grand Lodge Unit 478, Mt. Crested Butte, Colorado representing both buyer and seller. This was a short sale deal involving a small Colorado bank. Grand Lodge Unit 478 was listed for $52,500 this unit received a total of four offers and eventually sold for $58,000 with buyer paying for recent upgrade assessment. With only 15 units left in the Grand Lodge there seems to be more buyers than there are units available. This pressure will inevitably put pressure on prices to rise.
