June 2019 Edition
What’s not to love about June in Crested Butte? The Farmers Market opened last Sunday and starting on June 9th we’ll be welcoming thousands of riders with Ride the Rockies, which starts and ends in Crested Butte. The Alpenglo Summer Concert Series kicks off on Monday, June 17th at the Center for the Arts outdoor amphitheater. Signs of summer are popping up all around the valley, including real estate signs for new listings!
It was with mixed emotions that we watched Crested Butte Mountain Resort airlift the Teocalli and Twister ski lifts out last month. This marks the beginning of what will be the most visible improvement to our resort since the Vail Resorts acquisition last September.
Last but not least, Corey was named Realtor of the Year for the 2nd consecutive year by the Crested Butte Chamber of Commerce. A most sincere thank you to all that voted! To receive this distinguished award demonstrates the confidence you all have in our team and that makes us extremely proud!

The overall residential market through the end of May is proving to hold steady. Sales volume surpassed last year-to-date sales volume ($55,164,700 just up from $55,016,870) while transactions are down a bit (75 compared to 89 same time last year).
