Our initial contact at BlueBird was Corey Dwan. It was a late request to assist us in viewing various properties in the area while we were on location but he easily accommodated us. He did a great job in matching up and showing us potential properties that were aligned to what we had described just through phone calls. He was very knowledgeable of the area and the market and helped us narrow down what type of property would meet our requirements. A lot came up for sale on the market not long after our visit that was a fit for us. Corey and his assistant Trevor Bona worked with us on the contract and purchase. Trevor was a great asset in keeping us informed of the process and next steps and always responsive to our questions. I would recommend Corey or Trevor if you are looking for any property in the Crested Butte area. Both are very helpful and easy to work with.
