It is officially off-season in Crested Butte which offers a welcomed change of pace as our community quiets, we reset, and our surrounding landscapes begin to thaw. As we closed out Q1 of 2025, Colorado’s resort markets continued to see an increase in buyer activity and inventory as we move closer toward the summer selling season. Our May 2025 Market Update dives into April sales throughout Gunnison County and the Upper Gunnison Valley as we compare real estate sales year over year. The real estate market throughout Gunnison County continues to stabilize with average and median residential sales prices continuing to decrease year to date. As we move closing to the summer season, inventory is picking up, with 50 new home listings last month and 35 new land listings, and we expect this trend to continue.
