Corey has been involved in real estate since 1999, first in Denver then relocating to Crested Butte in 2005 where he has since completed hundreds of real estate transactions from luxury estates to residential and commercial developments. Being a long-time resident has helped him become one of the top four Realtors in the Crested Butte area for the last eight years as well as the Crested Butte Chamber of Commerce’s Realtor of the Year, two years running (’18/’19 and ’19/’20). Corey leads the team at the Crested Butte Collection, lending his considerable expertise every step of the way.

A Colorado native, this is Erin’s 8th year in Crested Butte and the Gunnison Valley. Erin is the Crested Butte Collection teams’ dedicated office manager, ensuring we best represent all our clients with the highest degree of professionalism and quality service. She brings with her 12 years of experience in banking, the last nine of which were spent as a personal banker and small business specialist, along with two years as a mortgage consultant, all with a large national bank.
