We are in the midst of peak fall colors here in Crested Butte, Colorado, and it’s truly a sight to behold! We have been loving the illuminated trails and cooler weather. Above is a sneak peak of Strand Hill from last weekend.
 
The real estate market in Gunnison County was booming last month, with 56 residential sales equalling over $74M in sales volume. This marks the highest monthly volume sold in the past four years, and the most residential sales of any month in the past three years except one – September of 2023, which had 68 sales.
