Last month, residential sales volume was 12% higher than in 2024 and 29% higher for land sales, despite less transactions in both segments due to impressive jumps in property values. The county-wide average sold price for homes was $1.6M last month and $428K for land. The highest sale in October was 188 Bethel Road, a 7 bedroom, 9,147 SF home in the Smith Hill Ranches subdivision, which sold for a record-breaking $11,915,000.
