We’ll take it!

March Sales Snapshot

March brought a notable surge in activity across Gunnison County. Residential sales held steady at 23 homes closed — essentially matching last March — but home values increased significantly from 2025, with the help of our teams’s record-breaking sale of $9.6M. The county-wide average sale price jumped to $1.46M, up roughly 50% from March 2025. Total residential sales volume hit $33.6M, a 57% increase year-over-year. In the Upper Valley, the picture is even stronger — 13 homes sold with an average price of $2.08M, up 60% from a year ago.
