Let’s face it, this is a pretty easy market to sell and purchase a home (2021). You hire an agent now for guidance (esp. if you’re an out-of-state buyer) and for when things go bad. When that happens, you want Kiley as your agent. We had a rough closing with an out-of-state bank causing many problems and a VERY challenging seller. Our contract actually expired due to seller issues. Kiley went above and beyond to resurrect the contract and bring all parties to closing. You should hire Kiley because she’s very knowledgeable about the market, super easy to work with, and very skilled at resolving challenging situations. We will certainly use her again!
