On the real estate front, the market continues to show strength. YTD transactions in the valley are up roughly 8% year over year with total volume sold in Gunnison County over $495 million. In November, residential sales dipped 17% year over year while land sales saw a 57% increase compared to 2024. The average home price county-wide declined 32% to $910,479, while the average sale price for land in November was $823,114 – which is reflecting a record breaking sale that has been long in the making.
