Happy Fourth of July! Summer has officially kicked off this weekend and Elk Avenue is packed with visitors from all over. Some amazing venues are scheduled for the month of July, so get your travel plans set and head on out. With the start of summer we have also seen some incredible activity in the real estate market. That is still a 41% increase in sales over same time last year. With summer being our busiest time of the year for land sales coupled with CBMR’s recent price reductions I foresee many more land deals to come.
