The Buckhorn Ranch, Crested Butte Land Sale held Saturday, May 19th was a huge success as approximately 60 lots were sold in a very strategic, high stress investor sale. I had the pleasure of working with several of my clients and securing lots 91, 16, 17, M3-41 and M3-42. Having successfully negotiated four of the parcels prior to the sale I was able to ensure my clients received the ones they wanted and at great prices.
Lots ranged in size from .13 acres to 1.58 acres and were priced from $49,900 to $269,900. Out of the approximately 60 lots available, all but 5 went under contract on Saturday. The 15 multi-family parcels were not offered the day of the sale but are now on the market as a package deal for $2.34M.
