After a day of skiing or walking about town, enjoy a selection of international street foods made in house, most from scratch, with fresh and often local ingredients.
Owner Karen Hoskins enjoys international travel and brings her love of street food to the kitchen of Montanya Distillers. Along with chef Rose Reyes and kitchen manager Brandon Muller, the Montanya Distillers kitchen staff bring to life some of the best street foods inspired from Karen’s travels around the world such as Pho, Ramen and Jibaritos. Guests will enjoy the fresh, farm-to-table flare and culinary care that goes into each dish.
The Montanya Distillers inspired cuisine menu changes seasonally allowing them to offer the freshest selections. They try to feature as many local products as possible from locally grown fresh fruits and vegetables to beautiful pastas and goat cheeses prepared by local artisans. Some of the menu favorites this winter include their Warm Hand Cut Chips which are made to order, Korean BBQ Wings and of course the Bacon Wrapped Jalapeños.
