Flying direct may be the best way to get to the Gunnison Valley this summer. The Summer 2019 flight schedule for the Gunnison-Crested Butte Airport has just been released. We are excited to see more flights and earlier service for summer 2019. United Airlines has announced that starting June 6th they will be running a daily non-stop flight from Houston. This flight will depart from Houston at 6:10pm and will arrive in Gunnison at approximately 7:42pm. After an overnight stay the plane, an ERJ-175, will then depart Gunnison at 7:15am. This flight schedule will run all summer long through August 19, 2019. With 76 seats, 12 of which will be First Class, access to the Gunnison Valley from Houston just became more convenient.
United Airlines will continue its daily service through Denver from April 8th through June 5th and August 20th through November 2nd. From June 6th through August 19th service will be increased to twice daily from Denver. This increase in service is great news for many looking forward to travel in and out of the Gunnison Valley. Flying direct may just be the best way to get to the Gunnison Valley this summer.
