While many sellers may be thinking about taking their homes off the market, now is actually a great time to list. Understandably, sellers in areas hit hard by the recent COVID restrictions have considered pulling their homes off the market. Agents however are seeing consistent interest and activity in real estate. With the low inventory, homes are getting more attention then in a traditional spring market.
Potential buyers have more time on their hands with the current “Stay Home” orders. Online views of our current listings are up tenfold. With all of this pent-up demand, now is a great time to list or keep your home listed. As we start to see restrictions lift and visitors return to the valley, we need to have the inventory to meet the demand.
