October 2020 Edition

October is here and we are taking in the beautiful fall foliage while anticipating the winter season. While town has quieted down a bit, real estate remains steady going into the off season. While the days are getting shorter, and the nights cooler, there is still some time to get out and enjoy some late season hiking and biking in the high country.

The overall residential real estate market continues to remain incredibly strong as we head into the fall shoulder season. Another $112mil is currently under contract, an incredible increase over this time last year. The average sales price is up 7.5% to $870,585 from $805,624 and inventory is sparse with 22 fewer listings than last month.

Town Events

Fall is in the air and with the hints of snow, things around town are beginning to slow down a bit. With pandemic restrictions loosening up some and local cases down, we look forward to seeing the event calendar grow.
