The Holiday Season is upon us and the Crested Butte Collection is happily celebrating its first anniversary at LIV Sotheby’s International Realty. 2021 has been a very busy year and it has been with great pleasure that we have had the opportunity to assist both new and repeat Buyers and Sellers. We can’t thank you enough for your support and continued business. We are excited to announce that the Crested Butte Collection continues to lead the market with Team Leader Kiley Flint among the top agents with total transactions under contract and has sold over $60m in volume.
The market is still very active as we head into December. It is with great excitement that much opportunity still exists for you in the Gunnison Valley. We closed out November with $416.3mil in sales volume year to date. Another $67mil is currently under contract putting us $114.4mil over the sales volume at this same time last year. The average sales price is up 16% to $1,128,066 from $946,004 and inventory is still disappearing almost as soon as it hits the market.

The holidays are here which means we are heading into our busy winter selling season. Residential sales volume through November was $416,256,500 up $114,481,073 from last year along with amount of transactions, (369 compared to 319). The average sales price, $1,128,066, is also up 16% from $946,004 last year. Currently another 67 properties are under contract totaling $67,135,367, 19 of which are listed at $1mil or more including a gorgeous Moon Ridge home right outside of town listed for $5,950,000.
