Gunnison County YTD Statistics

Gunnison County residential sales volume through October totaled $355,983,447, roughly equal to 2022 sales volume year over year. The number of transactions so far this year are down 14% compared to last year (347 compared to 405). The average sales price, $1,025,888, is up 17% from last year. As of November 1st, there are 42 properties under contract totaling $50,589,000.

 

Upper Gunnison Valley October Sales

In October, we had 13 single family home sales and 13 condo/townhome sales in the upper valley*. These 26 sales totaled $43,844,661 which was down 13% from September. Sales ranged from a base area Grand Lodge studio selling for $209,000 to a beautifully crafted home in town which sold for $5,125,000.

Land sales volume decreased 41% from September. There were 6 total sales which totaled $4,262,500 in October. Sales ranged from a Crested Butte South lot for $232,500 to a Prospect at Mt. CB lot selling for $1,250,000.
