Several times on Zillow I’ll send an INTERESTED email to a Realtor, but I don’t receive a response from a listed Realtor until months later. I was very surprised when I received a response from Corey the very same day. I was able to go through a 1031 closing while in Europe! Erin (his team coordinator) kept me up to date with every moving part. Needless to say, I bought some property with Corey and his team. I highly recommend him and his team if you’re looking for property in Colorado. Maybe we can do business again!
