Corey is a very experienced agent who takes his job seriously and is very responsive to all questions by email, text or phone. Because I live out of town and was buying a piece sight unseen, I requested that he go to the lot and shoot a short video. Within hours, I had a 360 degree video so that I could get my bearings. I had been to CB, but needed a little refresher which this video gave me. Corey knows Crested Butte and surrounding areas super well. He has a very on-the-ball assistant, too, who helped provide maps with notes and intricate details that were instrumental in providing the overall view of the area and why I might or might not want to purchase this piece of property.
