Even though we live in Texas, Corey was always responsive and made it easy to communicate back and forth via calls, texts and emails until we could coordinate a visit. When we did meet in Crested Butte, Corey made our house hunting super easy; he was very organized, thoughtful and lined up great options for us to view but also was flexible and jumped into action to change the line-up when we started in another direction midway through. Once we had decided on a piece of land, Corey helped us through the negotiation and worked on our behalf with the various 3rd parties needed to facilitate the purchase and closing.
