It’s officially ski season in Colorado! With the opening of A-Basin and Keystone, anticipation surges as resorts, from Vail and Aspen to Breckenridge and Telluride prepare for the winter season and begin their annual transformation into winter wonderlands. Here’s a list of Colorado Ski Resort Opening Dates that have been announced thus far.

We ended October with $356M in sales volume year to date, with another $50.1M under contract as of November 1st. The average sales price is up 17% YOY county-wide at $1,025,888, while the average sales price for the upper Gunnison Valley is currently $1,416,745, which is up 21% YOY.

Current Market Conditions

There were 26 residential sales in October throughout the Upper Gunnsion Valley, totaling over $43M, which was a 28% decrease from September. Land sales volume decreased 41% from September, despite. There were a total of 6 sales, totaling over $4M.
